Fundraising & Outcomes

All fundraising occurs locally

Our funds come from multiple fundraising events run by Kids Can Play board members through Grand Valley Golf & Country Club, private local donations and grants from the Cambridge United Way, the City of Cambridge and Cambridge and North Dumfries Foundation, Preston International Hockey Tournament, Tim Horton’s Cambridge and private donations.

We maintain our overhead at 5% or less due to our extraordinary volunteers so over 95% of your dollar will directly support children living in poverty.

Annually we donate $120,000 to over 60 activity providers and assist over 450 children to participate in programs all year long.
